Nowadays, plastic surgery is fashionable in Korea . It is very quickly and continued expanded. The Royal Thai Government realizes the ability of Thai cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, which is well known worldwide. To promote Thailand ‘s Health Care Program, the Department of Export Promotion, Nontaburi Office, has arranged the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on  cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery between GM3T Korea and Preecha Aesthetic Institute (PAI), and Samitivej Hospital on  28 th April 2008.
