ศัลยกรรมตกแต่งแก้ไขรอยแผลเป็น (Scar Revision)

รอยแผลเป็นบางท่านอาจเกิดจากอุบัติเหตุ หรือรอยแผลฉีกขาดซึ่งอาจจะทำให้เกิดเป็นรอยแผลเป็นได้ การแก้ไขอาจจะทำได้หลายวิธี แต่แนะนำให้ท่านเข้ามาปรึกษาศัลยแพทย์เพื่อให้ได้รับคำแนะนำอย่างถูกต้อง

ผู้ที่เหมาะสมที่จะทำการแก้ไขรอยแผลเป็น

- ต้องเข้าใจว่าการแก้ไขรอยแผลเป็นไม่สามารถทำได้ทั้งหมด แต่ศัลยแพทย์จะทำให้ดีที่สุด

ข้อจำกัดของการผ่าตัด

การผ่าตัดจะเพื่อความงาม หรือแก้ไขก็ตาม ไม่สามารถทำได้ ครบถ้วน ซึ่งขึ้นกับปัจจัยหลายๆอย่างท่านควรปรึกษาแพทย์ถึงข้อจำกัดดังกล่าว เช่น ลักษณะผิวหนัง, อายุ, รูปทรง จะเป็นข้อจำกัดของการผ่าตัด

การวางแผนการผ่าตัด

การเลือกศัลยแพทย์ที่จะทำการผ่าตัดซึ่งเป็นสำคัญ เพราะแพทย์ที่ทำการผ่าตัดมีทั้งแพทย์ธรรมดาทั่วไป, แพทย์ศัลยกรรมทั่วไป, แพทย์ศัลยกรรมตกเเต่ง ดังนั้นคุณควรเลือกแพทย์ที่จบมาทางด้านศัลยกรรมตกเเต่งโดยเฉพาะ เมื่อคุณได้เลือกแพทย์แล้วคุณควรปรึกษากับแพทย์ว่าคุณสิ่งที่ทำนั้นสามารถแก้ไขมาก หรือน้อย ซึ้งศัลยแพทย์จะให้คำแนะนำได้อย่างถูกวิธี

วิธีการผ่าตัด

การทำศัลยกรรมแก้ไขรอยแผลเป็นมีหลายเทคนิคขึ้นอยู่กับรอยแผล เช่น

Pressure bandage, Steroids injection และวิธีการผ่าตัด A Z-Plasty

วิธีการผ่าตัดแก้ไขรอยแผลเป็นส่วนใหญ่จะได้ผลดีเพราะรอยแผลเป็นได้หายสนิดจากการเกิดอุบัติเหตุ ศัลยแพทย์จึงสามารถแก้ไขได้ โดยการแก้ไขนี้สามารถทำที่คลินิคได้โดยการฉีดยาชา

หลังผ่าตัด

หลังการแก้ไขรอยแผลเป็นศัลยแพทย์อาจจะแนะนำให้ท่านกลับมาประมาณ 5 วันหลังจากการแก้ไขเพื่อตรวจดูผล และทำการตัดไหม หรือศัลยแพทย์อาจจะใช้ไหมละลายแก้ท่าน แล้วแต่ความเหมาะสม

รอยแผลที่ทำการตัดไหมออกมักจะมีสีแดงซึ้งเป็นปกติ และหายประมาณ 6 เดือนไปแล้ว

ข้อปฏิบัติหลังการผ่าตัด

- งดสูบบุหรี่อย่างน้อย 7 วันก่อน และหลังทำ

- งดถูกแสงแดดประมาณ 5 วัน

- ทางศัลยแพทย์อาจจะแนะนำคลีมเพื่อทาให้แผลเรียบขึ้น
