i have had some minor surgery with you and was most impressed with your professionalism.
i would now like to arrange srs and possibly breast augmentation (after consultation with your surgeon)with your clinic.
i would prefer a date around 15th. november but that is flexable. when you confirm a date for me i can finalize my travel arrangements.
i have the documentation you require and bank transfer all fees when you supply your bank details.
