Jaw augmentation or Jaw implant is a surgical to placed implants along the jawline as for cosmetic surgery to be improve the balance proportion of facial features. This cosmetic surgery is for man and woman who feel their jaw is not well defined.

Jaw implants are typically made of silicone implants. These implants are designed specifically fit to a patient’s individual face shape and elongates jaw as for cosmetic to provide the face more sharper angle and more pronounced jaw line.

Jaw augmentation surgery may also combined with Rhinoplasty, Chin augmentation because the nose and chin are considered complimentary in terms of facial proportions.

Jaw Augmentation preparation before surgery.

  • Inform us about any allergies, any serious medical condition(s), and all medications you are
    taking (both prescription and non-prescription).
  • Prepare question(s) for the surgeon.
  • No Aspirin 2 days before surgery.
  • Stop vitamin E Oil 1 day before surgery.
  • Stop smoking 2 days and a month after surgery.
  • Tell the doctor if you have any serious medical condition(s).
  • The surgeon will discuss other variables that influence the decision involved in the procedure
  • The surgeon will explain the specific details, the technique to be used, where the operation will be performed and what realistically can accomplish
  • Stop meals and water starting from midnight before surgery, if under General Anesthesia
  • While recovery in Bangkok, you should wear a buttom t shirt that is easily take off

Jaw implants are generally placed through the mouth with incisions inside the mouth, back along the jawline at the crease specifically target the lower half of the face with emphasis on the jaw.

These incisions will be closed with absorb able sutures (dissolve stitches) or stitches that will be removed within one week following your surgery.

After Jaws augmentation, there is some soreness and discomfort which is easily controlled by medication.  The surgeon may advise to eat some liquid foods for a day or two following surgery.

The patient is generally up and about the same day as surgery and back to work and normal activities within a week of surgery.

If using credit cards (VISA/Master card), the hospital will charged 3% for international transaction fee. This is only for surgery fees. Hotels are not charged for international transaction fee. An extra charged for HIV is 50% from total cost.
