During direct consultation with our surgeon -the surgeon will evaluate your general health status and any Pre - existing health conditions or risk factors such as examine and take measurements of size and shape, skin quality, take photographs, discuss your options, recommend and discuss likely outcomes of neck lift surgery. Preparation for Neck lift surgery

• Inform us about any allergies, any serious medical condition(s), and all medications you are taking (both prescription and non-prescription). 
• No Aspirin 2 days before surgery.
• Stop vitamin E Oil 1 day before surgery.
• Stop smoking 2 days and a month after surgery.
• Tell doctor if you have any serious medical condition(s). 
• Stop meal and water starting from midnight before surgery.
• Plan to be in Bangkok at least 8 days after surgery.
• An extra charge is 50% from cost of surgery fee, if HIV+

Surgery Schedule (required 10 days after surgery in Thailand)

• Day 0 - Arrival
• Day 1 - Consultation
• Day 2 - Surgery (Local Anesthesia (day surgery) - if General Anesthesia's required one night in hospital
• Day 3 to 9 - Recovery period and Follow up
• Days 9 - Stitches will be removed
• Day 9 - After removing stitches and final checks
• Day 10 - Departure. You may return to work

After Neck lift surgery, some numbness and temporary discomfort may persist around the incision for several days but this can be controlled with pain medication.

• The bruising and swelling that does occur will usually subside considerably in the first week.
• Bandages will come off a day or two after neck lift surgery.
• Stitches from the surgery are removed during 5 to 7 days though this varies from patient to patient.
• Normal work can be resumed 5 to 7 days after a neck lift procedure.
• You should be able to shower and wash your hair a few days after the bandages come off. However, vigorous activity should be limited for several weeks, including jogging, bending, sex, or any activity that increases your blood pressure.
• Most of the visible signs of neck lift surgery should disappear within a few weeks.
• Minor swelling and bruising can usually be hidden. Do not worry if you feel a bit tired and let down at first as your body heals itself and you begin to look better. You will feel better as well.

• Take more rest during one week after surgery date
• No heavy any lifting for two weeks

Recovery Timelines for Neck Lift surgery

• Recovery times following neck lift surgery are taking five to seven days. You are allowed to go about regular routines in a week, which mean minimal impact on day-to-day life.
• Back to work after 7 days surgery with minor swollen.

For international patient - Please plan to be in Bangkok at least ten days all together. Stitches will remove seven to ten days after surgery date. After departure from Thailand, you may resume to work within a few days but must avoid heavy lifting object over the head or fast movement during four weeks after surgery date.
