Temporal Lift or Lateral eye(s) lift surgery is a cosmetic surgery help to remove excess skin and tighten the muscles around your brow. Unlike endoscopic lifts, temporal brow lifts only target the outer one third portion of the eyebrow area.

To be preparation Temporal Lift.

  • Inform us about any allergies, any serious medical condition(s), and all medications you are
    taking (both prescription and non-prescription)
  • No Aspirin 2 days before surgery
  • Stop vitamin E Oil 1 day before surgery
  • Stop smoking 2 days and a month after surgery
  • Tell doctor if you have any serious medical condition(s)
  • Stiches are remove seven days after surgery date
  • Plan to be in Thailand at least 10 days all together

 

Temporal Lift Surgery is required at least 9 days all together in Bangkok, Thailand.

On the day before your temporal lift surgery.

  • Make sure that you have items stocked at home such as ice cubes or ice pack
  • Make sure to shower and shampoo before the procedure. Cosmetics should not be worn. Also, be sure that you have arranged for someone to take you to and from the clinic where your surgery will be performed.

 

This procedure is to eliminate the deformities around the temple area due to the loss of elasticity the skin, surrounding soft tissues or the distance between the eyebrows and eyelashes.

The recovery process after temporal lift surgery may take up to a few weeks. Patients will receive instruction for during the home care.

The first two days doctor recommend keeping iced eye pack on the eyes to reduce bruising and swelling. Patients are recommended to keep their head higher than the body while sleeping as this will accelerate the recovery process.

Patients who undergo temporal lift may watch TV and able to read after two or three days. Patients may go to work in three days (desk job) or a week after the operation. The scars may however still be visible but one can use makeup to cover them.

Scars are usually well hidden and normally fade in time, however incision may leave patients with bruises or swelling on their faces and sometimes patients become depressed from this reason. These are some of the side effects of surgery, which are completely normal and which disappear in few weeks, after a complete healing.

◊ Any bruising and swelling will usually dissipate within one month after Temporal Lift surgery.

  • No heavy exercise 2 weeks after surgery
  • Scars are usually well hidden and normally fade in time
  • Swelling and bruising can be minimized by keeping the head elevated as much as possible during the first few days of recovery
  • The first couple of weeks following the surgery avoid by the sun.
  • The first few weeks of the recovery period; frequent naps are recommended
