To set up direct consultation and surgery:

• Plan your available date to be surgery and departure from Bangkok
• We will confirm you for surgery date
• You may start to book your airline ticket
• We will confirm you all detail and hotel booking, if require
• For transportation to be pick up from the airport, we need you to confirm your airline flight itinerary

Preparation before lower hairline surgery.

• Inform us about any allergies, any serious medical condition(s), and all medications you are
  taking (both prescription and non-prescription).
• Prepare question(s) for the surgeon.
• No Aspirin 2 days before surgery.
• Stop vitamin E Oil 1 day before surgery.
• Stop smoking 2 days and a month after surgery.
• Tell the doctor if you have any serious medical condition(s).
• The surgeon will conduct a routine, age, family history, and x-ray
• The surgeon will discuss other variables that influence the decision involved in the procedure
• The surgeon will explain the specific details, the technique to be used, where the operation will be performed, and what realistically can accomplish
• Stop meals and water starting from midnight before surgery
• Plan to be in Thailand at least nine days for lower hairline surgery (before & after)

Surgery Schedule (Required 9 days in Bangkok, Thailand)

Day 0 - Arrival date (check in hotel)

Day 1 - Consultation and Prepare for Laboratory Testing

Day 2 to 3 - Surgery and one night in hospital private room after surgery

Day 3 - Discharge from Hospital
Day 3 to Day 9 - Stay in hotel for recovery period and follow up by doctor appointments

Day 9 - Stitches removal  (seven days after surgery)
Day 9 or day 10 - Final checkup and safe to fly

Things should bring from home.

• Button-up shirts in large sizes
• Slip-on shoes or slippers
• Phone charger, long phone charger
• Books, magazines
• Travel neck pillow

The forehead soft tissues will be elevated almost as in a forehead lift, along with elevating soft tissues in an area under the hairline to allow the hairline to be pulled forward creating a lower hairline. If the hairline has receded on each side of your forehead then a few more incisions might have to be made along each side to remove more skin. To make the forehead more feminine, the hairy scalp is moved forward by up to 2 - 2.5 cm.

The surgeon carries out the incision unevenly above the hairline.

This approach has two main benefits: On the one hand, the scar is later located behind the hairline. It is covered by the hair growing back. On the other hand, it looks more natural due to the irregular shape. Ideally, it is no longer visually visible after its complete healing.

Lower hairline recovery period,

• some numbness and temporary discomfort may persist around the incision for several days, but this can be controlled with pain medication. The bruising and swelling that does occur will usually subside considerably in the first week. Bandages will come off a day or two after lower hairline surgery. Stitches from the surgery are removed after 7 days, though this varies from patient to patient.
• Normal work can be resumed 7 days after a lower hairline procedure. You can shower in the next day after surgery date by shower cap to cover wound surgery area. Facial can be clean by wet wipe tissues. After the bandages come off, you can shower and wash your hair.
• Vigorous activity should be limited for several weeks, including jogging, bending, sex, or any activity that increases your blood pressure.

Most of the visible signs of Lower Hairline surgery should disappear within a few weeks, and minor swelling and bruising can usually be hidden. Do not worry if you feel a bit tired and let down at first, as your body heals itself and you begin to look better. You will feel better as well. Mostly patients are usually very satisfied with their new look once their surgery site has completely healed.

Patients often do not realize just how much their contributed to an older appearance until they see their new, refreshed look.

Recovery Timeline for Brow Bossing surgery:

• The day after surgery before discharge hospital. PAI doctor will visit you
• Removing stitches will appointment 7 days after surgery date
• Back to work after four days surgery with remaining stitches (local patients, desk job)
• No heavy exercise 4 weeks after surgery
• Decision when to return normal activities depends on how fast you heal and how you feel.
• Normal work can be resumed seven days after stitches are removed. You may continue face wash after stitches removed.  Able to shower after two nights surgery but avoid shower gels around facial area. Wash your hair a few days after the bandages come off.
• Vigorous activity should be limited for several weeks, including jogging, bending, sex, or any activity that increases your blood pressure.
• Most of the visible signs of lower hairline surgery should disappear within a few weeks. Some minor swelling or bruising usually be hidden by makeup.

For local’s patient - You may resume to work after a few days but must avoid heavy lifting object over the head or fast movement during 4 to 8 weeks after surgery date.

For international patient - Please plan to be in Bangkok at least nine days. Stitches will remove day 7 after surgery date. After departure from Thailand, you may resume to work within a few days but must avoid heavy lifting object over the head or fast movement during 4 weeks after surgery date.
