Preparation:

- Inform us about any allergies, any serious medical condition(s), and all medications you are taking (both prescription and non-prescription).

- No Aspirin 1 day before surgery.

- Stop vitamin E Oil 1 day before surgery.

- Stop smoking 2 days and a month after surgery.

- Tell doctor if you have any serious medical condition(s).

- Plan to be in Thailand 2-3 days after surgery.

On the day before your Buccal fat removal surgery, make sure that you have the following items stocked at home:  ice cubes or ice pack.

Cosmetics should not be worn.  Also, be sure that you have arranged for someone to take you to and from the clinic.

Surgical procedure:

Buccal fat removal is carried out by making a very tiny incision inside the mouth. Fat is then removed through this tiny opening, resulting in a more oval face.

 

Postoperative Recovery

The recovery process after buccal fat removal will take around 5-7 days.  You will receive instruction for during the home care. 

Small tiny scars are usually well hidden and normally fade in time.

Therefore, Buccal Fat Removal may leave you with bruises or swelling on face, which are completely normal and which disappear in few weeks. 

For full recovery and natural refine, it may take 1-3 month.

3. If using credit cards, the hospital will charged 3% for international transaction fee.  This is only for surgery fees.  Hotels are not charged for international transaction fee.
