I just wanted to drop a line

Hope you’re happy and well and enjoyed your break from work. Sorry to have missed you when we were in your lovely city, we had a great time and would like to thank you for organising us so well with the car/hotel etc.  The driver was waiting for us as you promised, the hotel was perfect for us, very quiet and secure – which was just what we wanted having the boys with us.

I just wanted to drop a line to say that we’ve been back in Brunei for 7 days and I’m feeling very well. I’m taking it easy as there aren’t great doctors here and I don’t want to risk anything going wrong. Please would you pass my/our thanks on to Dr Preecha and the lovely ladies/nurses who looked after me so well at the clinic. I’ve still got a couple of small dressings, but I think they’ll be gone in the next week or so. Clive wrote all of the instructions down that the nurse gave him and he’s been following them to the letter.

We plan to come back to Bangkok in either Feb or March next year, with that in mind we said that we would call in to the clinic for a check up. If it’s OK I’ll e-mail you nearer the time when our dates are clear and see if I can make an appointment.

Thanks again for all of your patience and help over the last few months, and please pass my thanks onto Dr Preecha and ladies for all they did whilst we were with them.
