Thanks your reply.Your Clinic name is refer from the consulter under the Canadian government hospital .I have been under the doctor instruction almost one year , also have been taking hormone pills from the doctor about a year so.Now I already have permission from the doctors to go ahead arrange my operation.I need to booking my appt. at July for sure .Because I have a very important party to attend at Sept.. I know we waiting for the picture from my sister regard plastic surgery for my face. But that part I can either do that around Jan.09,Please inform me how to do the registration.Thanks again for your attention, looking forward for your reply.
