The surgical Liposuction Procedure:

Your surgeon carries out the operation without forcing and makes less physical efforts than in case of a traditional liposuction. He will keep the precision of the gesture until the end of the intervention which will be shorter.

The principle of emulsion allows to remove the adipose tissue on respecting the other tissues, that is to say a shorter postoperative.

Less bruise

Less oedema

Better recovery

Better aspect of the skin

Pure fat without blood

Liposuction, the frequency of vibration used is the same as the frequency used in the anti-pain TENS devices, which increase the comfort in anesthesia.

Lipomatic Security

- The Lipomatic is manufactured under the ISO 13485:2003 norms (the hardest norms in Europe);

-The Lipomatic has the CE security label;

- The Lipomatic is the sole device for liposuction having an internal security system that locks the device in case of meeting a non adipose tissue;

Liposuction typically is performed on a patient of relatively normal body build and weight to reduce disproportionately large hips, buttocks and thighs, a protruding abdomen or “love handles” above the waist and elsewhere.

Liposuction may be performed under a local anesthetic which numbs the area to be treated or a general anesthetic may be used. Medication to relieve tension is given before the anesthetic is administered. The sedative and local anesthetic allow you to be comfortable during surgery.

Liposuction Surgery begins with incisions of about one-half-inch in length made in the area where suction-assisted lipoplasty will be performed. A blunt-ended tubular instrument with an opening near the end is passed through the incisions. A suction unit is attached to the protruding end.

The surgeon manipulates the instrument in the tissue under the skin, separating the amount of fat to be removed. High vacuum pressure is created and the fat is suctioned off. Occasionally an additional incision is required to gain access to all unwanted fat deposits to be removed.

A few sutures close the incisions leaving small and often concealed scars.  Following surgery, a snug dressing of elastic gauze may be applied over the entire treated area to promote skin shrinkage to conform smoothly to the shape of the underlying tissue.

Best Candidate for Lipoplasty:
• Must be over 18 and good general health
• Have tried a diet and exercise regime
• Have found that at least 10 or 15 pound persist in certain pockets on the body

Preparation for Liposuction:

o Stop meal and water of midnight before surgery
o No Aspirin 2 weeks before surgery
o Stop smoking 2 days and a month after surgery
o Stop vitamin E oil 1 day before surgery

Liposuction recovery - After surgery, pain that can be controlled by medication may be present for several days. Numbness or discomfort may be experienced for vary periods of time.

If you were admitted in hospital will be released 1 day following the operation. The protective bandages or corset-like garment often are removed within a week of surgery. However, to further proper skin shrinkage, you may be asked to wear a long-legged girdle for 2-3 months

Liposuction before and after – some swelling and skin discoloration will exist, but usually will subside within 3-6 weeks or several months. There is a possibility that skin over the treated area will have a rippled or uneven effect. If surface imperfections such as skin dimpling (often called cellulite) are present before surgery, they will remain after it. In some cases, permanent sagging of the skin may occur when the fat removed from the area exceeds the capacity of the skin to contract.

An older individual with loss of skin elasticity may require surgical removal of excess skin as a secondary procedure to achieve maximum results.

The suctions fat cells are permanently gone. However, if you don’t maintain a proper diet and exercise regimen, the remaining fat cell neighbors could still enlarge, creating irregularities.

How Thailand Became a Global Gender-Change Destination

October 27, 2015 By: Jason Gale (Bloomberg) Preecha, who performed Thailand’s first gender surgery in 1975, attributes the country’s popularity for the procedure to three things: “No. 1, it’s very cheap in Thailand,” he says. “No. 2, good result, and No. 3, good hospitality — they can have a side trip for tourism.” Read full […]
