• Travel and Recovery: Patients coming from abroad should plan to stay in Thailand for at least 12 days after surgery to allow for post-operative care and follow-up appointments.
• Packing: Prepare comfortable clothing to wear after hospital discharge. A medical gown will be provided before entering the operating room.

There are a lot of available surgical techniques based on the degree of ptosis, the areola, nipple position, breast volume, and the volume of excessive skin.

• After surgery, there is some soreness and discomfort which is easily controlled by medication.
• Swelling and skin discoloration around the incisions generally will subside in a few days.  After surgery, there may be a temporary loss of sensation in the nipples and breast skin.  This condition will improve with time.  Sutures will be removed within ten days of surgery.
• Scars remain highly visible for a year following surgery, then fade to some degree.  Since incisions were made around and below the nipples, scars should not be noticeable even in low-cut clothing.

Recovery Timeline Breast lift with Augmentation

You are required to stay in hospital private room two nights and wear a compression bandage or a special surgical support bra. If a drain is introduced during the surgery, it is removed within 24 hours or before discharge from hospital. The stitches are removed in 7-10 days after the surgery.

While you are recovery in hotel a few days you can shower. Every two to three days, you will come to follow up by appointments at Preecha Aesthetic Institute. All transportation services are included from package breast lift with augmentation. But hotels must be within driving distance or within 2 KM from PAI’s.

You will be able to resume everyday activities after ten days but must avoid lifting objects over the head or making fast movements during 6 weeks. If you have small children who require a lot of lifting. You need to plan an additional help during the initial recovery period.

For local’s patient - You may resume to work after ten days but must avoid heavy lifting object over the head or fast movement during 6- 8 weeks after surgery date.

For international patient - Please plan to be in Bangkok at least 12 days. Stitches will remove ten days after surgery date. You may resume to work within a few days after depart from Thailand. But must avoid heavy lifting object over the head or fast movement during 6 - 8 weeks after surgery date.

Any bruising and swelling will usually dissipate within 2 to 3 months.
