Dimple creation
Dimple creation surgery is the procedure involves simulating the natural way. A dimple is forming a connection between the skin and the cheek muscle. When the muscle contracts, it pulls the skin inwards to form a dimple. Dimple creation can be one side dimple or both cheek sides surgery.
Dimple creation surgery is perform at Preecha Aesthetic Institute under local anesthesia (LA) by Dr. Burin Wangjiraniran MD FRCST and Dr. Sutin Khobunsongserm MD. All surgeons are board of Plastic & Reconstructive surgery. To make the final determination of each patient’s eligibility after an examination during direct consultation, the surgeon will mark the skin area to plan placement of dimple.

Dimple creation surgery is a minor surgery and this is an outpatient (day surgery). After the surgery, you are able to return to work at the same day or in the next day.
Swelling and bruising in the cheek area are likely. But resolve two weeks after surgery date.
Downtime:
Most patients can return to work or their usual daily activities within a day or two. Strenuous activity should be avoided for about a week.
Initial Appearance:
Right after the procedure, your dimple may be visible even when your face is at rest. This is normal and due to swelling and the new suture.
Natural Look:
Over the next few weeks to a couple of months, your dimple will gradually soften and eventually appear naturally when you smile or make facial expressions.

Hotels are under cooperate and nearby PAI, starting from 50 USD to 100 USD. Rates are quoted in THB, USD/net/included of taxes and service charges. All non-commissionable rate. VISA/Master card is accepted.

Cost of living meal per day is 15-20 USD.

If using credit cards (VISA/Master card), the hospital will charged 3% for international transaction fee. This is only for surgery fees. Hotels are not charged for international transaction fee. A: After dimple surgery, you should take small bites with no wide mouth movements and no spicy foods for five days.
A: Some might experience minor swelling in the area and feel the effects of the local anesthesia. However, feeling the effect will pass after a few hours.
A: Yes it is. Dimple surgery is less likely move back to original. Still, this can be happen due from stitches, which just need for revision surgery.
A: After 1-3 month(s), this can see dimple while smiling or without smiling. After 3 months, stitches may loser and possibly unseen without smiling. However, this is also depend on case by case such as muscle + skin by individual person.
