LABIA AUGMENTATION BY FAT INJECTION, as women turn their attention to the beauty of the whole body, genital alteration becomes an option. While some feel aspects of their genitalia. For example, lost volume labia majora, or vulvar lips, others feel their labia are too small or thin.

Labia augmentation or Labia enhancement by fat transfer is a procedure to add up some volume to the labia majora (outer lips) to improve the appearance and possibly sexual fulfillment. Women who prefer with labia enhanced because their appearance due to aging decreased collagen and pregnancy all contribute to lose volume in the labia.  Cosmetic surgeons will inject fat to the labia by extracted body fat to increase the size of one side of the labia if the other side is smaller. Risks of labia enhancement - All surgery carries risks but can minimize by closely following your surgeon’s advice on follow up care during the healing process. To be prepare for Labia Enhancement surgery at Preecha Aesthetic Institute.

  • Inform us about any allergies, any serious medical condition(s), and all medications you are 
    taking (both prescription and non-prescription). 
  • No Aspirin 2 days before surgery.
  • Stop vitamin E Oil 1 day before surgery.
  • Stop smoking 2 days and a month after surgery.
  • Tell doctor if you have any serious medical condition(s). 
  • Stop meal and water starting from midnight before surgery, if under general anesthesia.
  • Plan to be in Thailand at least 7 days after surgery.

For local’s patient: You may resume to work after a few days but must avoid heavy lifting object over the head or fast movement during three weeks after surgery date.

For international patient: Plan to be in Bangkok at least four days. You may resume to work (desk job) but avoid heavy lifting object over the head or fast movement during three weeks after surgery date.

◊ Any bruising and swelling will usually dissipate within four weeks after labia enhancement (puff labia).

The surgeon will marked area from where the fat is to be taken (similar to regular liposuction procedure). Typically it is from the abdomen or the thighs.

Recovery Timeline for labia enhancement.

  • Normal work can be resumed 3 to 5 days after labia fat injection procedure (desk job). You should be able to shower and wash your hair with a few days.
  • Vigorous activity should be limited for several weeks including jogging, bending, sex, or any activity that increases your blood pressure.
  • Most of the visible signs of labia fat injection surgery should disappear within a few weeks and minor swelling and bruising can usually be hidden after three to four weeks.

If using credit cards (VISA/Master card), the hospital will charged 3% for international transaction fee. This is only for surgery fees. Hotels are not charged for international transaction fee. An extra charged for HIV is 50% from total cost.

Q: Does labia augmentation by fat injection pernament ?

A: The object Labia fat injection is to increase the volume of labia majora. Normmaly, this will last about 8 - 12 months. So this could be temporary or pernament, which can't tell.

Q: Can labia enhancement be performed to improve the vaginal tightness ?
