We both would like to schedule the sigmoid colon and reconstructive surgeries you recommended as soon as our bodies have recovered. We are planning to return

to Thailand the end of July 2003 so please have your staff schedules us both for surgery accordingly.

Please also supply us with the cost breakdown for our surgeries so that we may start accumulating funds in advance.
