Greetings from the Medical Unit of the American Embassy Bangkok.  My name is D.. and I am a nurse in the Medical Unit. Dr. L.. gave me information regarding your clinic prior to his departure from Bangkok.  He is currently working and living in Mexico City and sends his warmest regards to you.    Dr. G. asked that I  contact you regarding our 2^nd Annual Health Fair to be held at the Embassy on Friday, March 14^th, 2014 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on the lawn of the EOB.  We would like to invite your organization to participate in this most exciting event.

Our target audience for the Health Fair will be our locally employed (Thai) staff and their families.  In this venture, we are asking our health partners, such as your organization/institution,  to join us with a booth that targets a specific aspect of preventive medicine (i.e. mammogram screening, breast cancer awareness, colon cancer awareness, hypertension, tuberculosis, HIV,  diabetes, coronary artery disease, oral hygiene, aesthetic medicine, hyperlipidemia, hepatitis, etc.). We also encourage the individual facilities to present information on their particular facility/organization.

We are hoping that your organization may be able to provide some type of health screening to our Thai employees or present information on your services.
